What a Phone Call Covers

The phone is the only way to reach us through this site. When you call, you can get a free savings estimate or a free eligibility check. Neither one commits you to hire us.

If you decide to work with us, the scope and fees are agreed with you directly before any filing work starts. Those terms, not this page, govern that work.

No Promised Results

We prepare filings carefully, but we do not make the final call. The Florida Housing Finance Corporation and the county property appraiser decide whether a property qualifies and for how much. Any savings figure we share is an estimate based on what you tell us, not a guarantee of an approved exemption or a specific tax amount.
